Lelapa is committed to improving access to capital for both women entrepreneurs and women fund managers, and applies a gender lens to all its work. Our entrepreneurial approach means that we first seek to understand the needs of our target groups, choosing to “incubate” initiatives that emerge directly from our engagements with women fund managers and entrepreneurs. Several initiatives are ongoing as we seek sponsors for them.
