What is the application process?

Complete and submit the application form below.
If your application is accepted, you will receive an email with an invoice from Lelapa S.A.S.U via PayPal.
Make payment using the PayPal link or wire payment details on the invoice.
Once your payment has been confirmed, you will be added to the WAI Group Member Directory and added to the WhatsApp Group.

WAI Group Membership Application

This form is required to apply to join the WAI Group which is managed by Lelapa S.A.S.U. NOTE: Only 4 questions are obligatory. Lelapa is GDPR-compliant. Your personal data will never be shared or made public without your consent. USES AND STORAGE OF DATA: 1) Lelapa collects data from form respondents. Data is stored in Google Forms, Google Sheets and Formfacade (https://formfacade.com/privacy.html) 2) Basic personal data will be used to create your WAI Member Directory bio. 3) Data on Region, Sector and Deal Size will be used to create filters on the Member Directory. 4) Anonymised and aggregated data points may be used to articulate industry challenges.. You will be notified by email using the address you provided if there are any changes to the uses and storage of data.
